Very friendly and helpful personnel. Great view from the penthouse studio. Having a small kitchen in the room is very useful. Strong enough WIFI signal. Good food and service in the restaurant.

The location is great, lots of places to buy essentials nearby, close enough to the action, but quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped (we particularly were happy about the freezer, so we could store ice cream!). The beds were comfortable and large, and the bathroom was also spacious and clean. Anita was extra helpful, and helped us locate food late at night upon our arrival, and helped as best she could with the air conditioning. The pool was clean, and had a great view! We would definitely stay here in again.

Good experience in the hotel. Really nice and comfortable rooms with a very very friendly staff. We had some "problems" but to be honest we had really really nice service from the staff, who corrected the whole experience. We want to thank Anastasia (receptionist) and Dejan (waiter) who did their absolute best to assist us. It's a nice hotel, i would recommend it BUT it doesn't fit the expectations of a 4 star hotel I'm afraid.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were well cleaned and comfortable.enough kitchen equipment to make a meal. The large sun terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Close to bus stops. Easy walk to silema. valletta is walkable if enjoy walking takes about 50 minutes.

- The staff is very friendly and fast to accommodate any needs, when we requested a clothes iron or a coffee machine, they brought them to us in minutes. - The apartments have all the necessities such as a safe, a hair dryer, all kinds of kitchen utensils, air conditioning... - The room layout was wonderful, and we were blown away by the kitchen. - We got a room with a balcony on the top floor, the view was wonderful. - The rooftop pool and the gym are also very nicely equipped. - The neighborhood is peaceful, but still well connected to all points of interest in Malta. The qroqq bus station is just 5 minutes away and it can get you anywhere on the island.

Rooms are fairly recently refurbished and of good size. My room was cleaned very well, and everything was functioning perfectly. Beds were comfy. I was on the 9th floor, and the pressure of the water was excellent. Staff is super polite and helpful. Breakfasts are decent.

The availability of a great restaurant under the building that was the breakfast location but also open for lunch and dinner, as well as drinks/coffee throughout the day. Excellent food, and really good service with helpful staff who spoke English. The apartment was great with everything you could need with a fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom. A fitness facility is essential for me when I travel and the gym was actually quite well-equipped for a hotel gym with everything working and clean.

the room's equipment, fast elevator, good wifi, nice breakfast, helpful staff (For those who don't care about being very close to the beach, it's a good choice because it's a quieter area, and buses to all important places leave from the nearby bus stop.)
